What you provided our family for my father's memorial was more than just celebrating his life. You asked questions we'd never think to ask, exposing feelings we might never express to one another. Your visit the day before made me closer to my brother and mother, and I like to think that your sitting with us and listening to us talk about Papa helped channel some of his life into the next day's event. After you were finished leading us through Papa's memorial, one of my uncles came up to me, and with tears in his eyes, said "best memorial ever". Thank you, Michelle, for the truly beautiful service you performed. Your soothing words brought comfort and hope to all in attendance. We greatly appreciate your services.

When my brother died suddenly from an accident, I was devastated. Michelle offered suggestions and listened to the family’s wishes. She created a service that all who were close to my brother could take part in. I had never thought about the memorial service for a healthy young person and what he or our family would have wanted the service to be like. She came from a place of love and caring. We are grateful for our relationship with this woman of faith.

What Michelle had to offer was exactly what we all needed to mark the loss of someone so dear to so many. And it is exactly what Andrew would have wanted. Through intentionally connecting not only with Andrew’s closest family members, but also his closest friends, Michelle was able to create a service that was both meaningful to those who were suffering his loss and that truly celebrated his unique place on earth.

When my nephew commited suicide, I felt at a loss for words, until Michelle stepped in. What a way with words she has! She helped me understand how to honor Justin, whom I loved, without judging him. And, to understand that his manner of death does not define his life. Thank you for being there at this sensitive time.

Michelle, your beautiful ceremony empowered us in our time of devastation. You seemed to know what to ask and what to say to help our family and friends feel connected.
