How is a Celebrant Ceremony different?

In a Celebrant ceremony you are empowered, nothing is imposed.  A Celebrant ceremony will sound like you, reflecting your values, interests and reasons for choosing each other. 

I assist couples in choosing rituals, readings, symbols and music to fulfill their ideals.  I bring a seasoned understanding  of structure, setting and pace that makes for meaningful ceremonies.  I will listen to you and make suggestions. I will throw in a healthy dose of compassion, humor and encouragement and in the end, we will make the perfect ceremony - one that is unique and tells your story.

My intention is always for you to have a ceremony that creates lasting connections in your family and community, a ceremony that your guests remember for years to come. I am very talented at officiating ceremony and I take pride in delivering each ceremony from my heart with sincerity and enthusiasm for all to hear and appreciate.    I will gladly work together with your wedding consultant, photographer and music specialist and provide cue sheets for these professionals.

The Complete Celebrant Wedding Ceremony 

Couples who choose to work with me tend to believe that the wedding ceremony is the most important part of the day and that the ceremonial words, music and rituals set the tone for the day and the grand adventure to come.   My Complete Celebrant Wedding Ceremony  is for couples who want to focus on the reasons that they are choosing each other and to decide the manner in which your beliefs and your families’ beliefs will be expressed.

We will have a relaxed meeting to discuss your vision for your wedding and all your wedding requirements.   I’ll provide you with instructions on how to apply for the marriage license in the county where you will be wed.  I am happy to offer suggestions on locations and wedding professionals, music and readings.   You will actively contribute to the content of your wedding ceremony.  I’ll have each of you separately answer a Questionnaire that I will use to tell your personal story and bring personal elements to the ceremony.  

With all of these elements in mind I will write and design your ceremony.  You will have complete choice of your ceremony including “word for word” approval of the ceremony script.  I am available by phone or email for unlimited consultations regarding your ceremony.  

The Sweet, Simple Ceremony

Some couples simply want to get married, thank you very much...

but they'd like something a bit more special than standing before the magistrate at the courthouse. For some couples the most romantic wedding they could imagine is a private ceremony at home or their special spot.  Others are planning a larger celebration at a later date but they'd like to "make it legal" now.  

If this suits your preferences the Sweet, Simple Ceremony may be perfect for you.  

I provide you with a simple ceremony template and several selections of my favorite prayers, invocations, reading and poems.   You can say traditional vows or write your own.  

If you aren't sure where you would like to hold the ceremony I can suggest some sweet little spots where we can come together for less than a half an  hour and join you two in matrimony.  

No matter how simple, I take pride in delivering each ceremony from my heart with sincerity and enthusiasm for all to hear and appreciate.  In the end you'll have a ceremony that you can look back on with warmth and love.

My fees reflect the time and care dedicated to writing, designing and performing your ceremony. Your ceremony will be delivered with the utmost professionalism and will reflect the great expectations and intense emotions that characterize the love you share.
